本设计是配合统编教科书英语学科Whattime do you go to school? (初中)一课的教学,是基于课程标准,追求目标-教学-评价一致性的教学设计。


听力教学

1. 题目:Whattime do you go to school? (初中)2018年1月

2. 内容:

Interviewer: Tom, I want to know aboutyour day.

Tom: OK.

Interviewer: When do you get up?

Tom: When do I get up? Hmm. Usuallyabout half past five. Then I run at six o’clock.

Interviewer: You run at six in themorning?

Tom: Uh-huh.

Interviewer: And what time do you eatbreakfast?

Tom: Breakfast? Usually about seven. Andthen I usually go to school at quarter to eight.

Interviewer: Wow!And yougo home at...?

Tom: A quarter past four in theafternoon.

Interviewer: And what do you do in theevening?

Tom: I do my homework at about fivethirty, and I eat dinner at seven fifteen. I go to bed at nine o’clock.

Interviewer: That’s early! But then youget up early.

Tom: Uh-huh.

3. Teaching and learning methods

Situationalteaching method; communicative teaching method; task-based teachingmethod; group work method; cooperation study method; independent study method.

4. Teaching procedures

Step 1:Lead in

Teacherwill present some pictures of the activities to help them review the knowledgethey learned before.

Step 2:Pre-listening

a)Showing a clock. Students will be asked “what time is it?” and answer thequestions.

b)Group work. Teacher will ask students to talk about their time table. They willshare their ideas in group. They will be asked to introduce their conclusion infront of the class.

Step 3:While-listening

Teacherwill ask students to listen to the radio and finish exercise. Then teacher willplay the tape of the listening material again, and ask students to answer thequestion.

Step 4:Post-listening

Activityone: Acting out the dialogue

Teacherwill let the students read the dialogue and then act it out.

Activitytwo: Pair work

Teacherwill divide the class into four groups. Students talk about their schedule.

Step 5:Summary and homework

a) Summary

Teacherwill let them to summarize what they have learned in this class.

b) Homework

Writea report on weekend survey.

5. Blackboarddesign

What time do you go to school?
